As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Oversee inventory levels and restocking during shifts.
- Manage cash handling, register operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Enforce company policies, health and safety guidelines, and food safety protocols.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment to achieve shift goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a fast food or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
