In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, equipment, and facilities while adhering to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning of dining areas, kitchen equipment, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces, floors, and equipment are sanitized according to established protocols.
• Empty trash bins and properly dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and minor equipment repairs.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report any damages, hazards, or safety concerns to the management team promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a tidy and organized environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 20 kg, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
