Drive-Thru Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Drive-Thru Operator to join our fast food restaurant team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers in the drive-thru, ensuring quick and accurate order processing while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the drive-thru and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers to confirm orders and address special requests.
• Assemble and verify orders for accuracy before handing them to customers.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow in the drive-thru by working quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area and equipment.
• Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory for the drive-thru station.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines during food handling and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or fast food is a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
